One place for everything about Demo Co's Microsoft 365 — people, devices, licences, security and requests — read live from your own tenant and shown to you plainly. No agents to install, no passwords to remember, nothing marked up. This page is the whole thing in five minutes.
The Hub keeps no copy of your directory. When you open a page it asks Microsoft for that answer on your organisation's behalf, using a connection you approved once, holds it briefly, and shows it to you. The few things Jinba records itself — your headcount, your requests, the guides — live on Jinba's own server in Australia, backed up nightly.
Sign in with the same account you use for Outlook and Teams. If you are already signed in on that device it takes one click. A session lasts 12 hours; after that a banner offers Sign in again. There is no separate Hub password.
Every app your organisation has switched on, as tiles. Edit Layout lets you drag them into the order you like, and the Hub remembers it for you on every device.
Everyone in your organisation sees the same apps unless you ask otherwise. An app can be limited to named people — a finance tool to the finance team, say — and the rest of the company simply does not see the tile.
The Aa control in the header switches the whole Hub to a larger-text layout and remembers the choice on that device. Every page works on a phone.
Each card says what the app shows, where the figures come from and how often they refresh, and gives you something to try right now. Every link opens the app inside this demo.
A searchable phonebook of everyone in your organisation — job title, department, phone, tap-to-call and Teams chat — straight from your Microsoft 365 directory.
Who is on leave, working remotely or away from the office right now, read from the automatic replies people set in Outlook.
Every managed PC and Mac in your organisation — who has it, serial, model, processor, memory, storage and when it last checked in — with a PDF export for your asset register.
What you pay Microsoft for, what is assigned to people, and what is sitting unused — at cost, with no markup.
Your billable user count with start dates, end dates and notes against each person, so an invoice is never a surprise.
Microsoft's own measure of how well your tenant is protected — overall, by category and per recommendation — plus MFA coverage, sign-in policies, device compliance and recent alerts.
Everything shared out of SharePoint and OneDrive — who shared it, with whom, what kind of link, and where it lives.
Every shared mailbox and distribution list, who can read and send from each, and any disabled account still holding access.
Live status of Microsoft 365, plus the email signature services Exclaimer and CodeTwo, with any active incident explained.
New starter and leaver requests in one form that collects everything provisioning needs — role, licences, mailboxes, devices — and sends it to the Jinba desk with a copy to you.
Lodge an IT request in seconds. It goes from your own mailbox to the help desk, so the reply lands in your inbox like any other email.
How-to guides and tips for Microsoft 365, written by Jinba and kept current.
Strong random passwords and memorable passphrases, generated in your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere.
Tetris, Snake, Wordle, Minesweeper and more, with a leaderboard for your organisation.
Live data is held briefly so pages open instantly and Microsoft is not asked the same question a hundred times an hour. Each page shows when its figures were last read. In the background, the Hub also checks itself every night so problems are found by Jinba, not by you.
Check the last updated note on the page. If the change you expect is newer than that, it will appear at the next refresh above. If it is older, tell Jinba — that is worth a look.
Your Microsoft 365 data stays in Microsoft 365. What the Hub records itself is held on a single Jinba server in Australia, encrypted in transit, and backed up every night to Jinba's office with 30 days of history.
Lodge a Quick Request with a screenshot. The nightly review usually already knows, and the fix is typically a permission or a record, not a rebuild.
This is an isolated demo of the Hub for Demo Co, a fictional organisation. Every figure on every page is made up and nothing here can be changed or sent.
